MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS:

Lazar Miljkovic first joined SPMC as a lifeguard in 2007 and was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in 2008.  In 2009 he returned to his home country of Serbia for two years.   In March, 2011 he returned to SPMC and resumed his position as Maintenance Supervisor.  Lazar received the Ernest Mlynarczyk Leadership Award in 2012. Lazar is CPO, LGT & CPR certified.

James Hankins joined SPMC in August, 2015 as a Maintenance Assistant and was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in November, 2015.  James served in the United States Air Force for two years and was trained in maintenance & repair of aircraft systems.  His background includes customer service in the trade and retail industries.  He received his CPO certification in November, 2015 and his CST certification in February, 2017.

Ray Stanfield joined SPMC as a Maintenance Supervisor in April, 2017.  Ray previously worked as a Maintenance Technician for Midstate Thermoking.  He served 12 years in the United States Navy as a Gunners Mate, Petty Officer First Class.  In addition to volunteering at his church as an audio engineer, Ray enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and shooting.  Ray is CPO certified.

Mike Talley joined SPMC in January, 2018.  Mike has 29 years in the industry from lifeguard, repair tech, to county Aquatics Director.  He is a Scuba Instructor, former LGIT, WSIT, Swim coach and referee.  He served 8 years as a Navy Diver.  Mike thrives at customer service, turning adversity around.  He spends his free time promoting a love of all things aquatic to children and adults.  Mike is CPO certified.

Vincent Grant joined SPMC in April, 2018 and was quickly promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in June due to his hard work and dedication to the SPMC team.  Vincent’s background includes working in construction and plumbing.  Vincent received his PPSO (Professional Pool & Spa Operator) certification in November 2018.

Ivan Momcilovic joined SPMC in November, 2018 with two years of pool maintenance experience.  Ivan’s personal passions include miniature set building and playing the drums.  He has earned recognition at international competitions and in trade magazines for his incredible lifelike military equipment models and scenes.  Ivan enjoys working outdoors.  Ivan has earned his PPSO certification.

Sean Lindstrom joined SPMC in February, 2019.  Sean grew up in Paradise, CA but moved to Atlanta after losing everything due to the devastating Camp Fire in 2018.  Sean’s background is in Hospitality where he worked as a Chef.  He is a former Martial Arts Instructor.  He has two children and enjoys spending quality time with his family.  Sean received his CPO certification in February, 2019.

Ashton Mitchell joined SPMC in February 2019.  Ashton grew up in Atlanta and has worked in the pool industry for two years before joining Sears.  Ashton is friendly, communitive, and punctual and loves to provide positive services to those in need.  He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  He has over 7 years of experience in the freelance field of videography and photography.  Ashton received his CPO certification in February, 2019.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN STAFF:

Mark Perryman joined SPMC in July, 2014 as our Service Technician.  Mark brings over 8 years of maintenance and repair experience with him.  Prior to joining SPMC, he worked in a management role with Home Depot for 18 years and with LA Fitness for 2 years as the District Facility Supervisor.  Mark is CPO certified.  Contact Mark at mark@searspool.com 

Fidel Garcia-Martinez joined SPMC in 2000 as a seasonal maintenance helper.  He continued in this role for 12 years. During this time, he worked with our maintenance staff and gained valuable knowledge about the ‘ins & outs’ of the pump room equipment.   In 2012, he was promoted to a full time position as Assistant Service Technician.
