Craig Sears, President & Founder  Craig earned a degree in Biology from Washington and Lee University and a Masters degree in Management from Georgia State University. With over 22 years experience in pool management, Craig is in charge of sales and marketing, customer service, and employment decisions for SPMC. Craig has CPO, LGIT, APSP Tech I, II and CSP certifications.  He is also a CPO instructor.  Contact Craig at craig@searspool.com

Mike Oden, General Manager  Mike joined SPMC in January 2010 as a Service Technician and was promoted to General Manager in 2011.  Mike brings with him over five years of swimming pool management and renovations experience.  He is originally from Miami and moved to Georgia in 2004.  Mike holds an APSP Certified Maintenance Specialist Certification and is CPR certified. Jackie Greene, Staffing & Marketing Manager   Jackie joined the SPMC team  in June 2013. Jackie has 20+ years of management and operations experience. Her duties include recruiting, hiring and training our staff, supervising lifeguard performance and resolving customer concerns. She is also responsible for New Contract Sales and the Marketing portfolio at SPMC. Jackie is CPO certified. Contact Jackie at jackie@searspool.com

Donna Skinner, Operations Manager  Donna joined the SPMC team in August 2013 as a lifeguard and was promoted to Operations Manager in October 2013.  She is a veteran of the USAF and is trained as an Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) mechanic.  Donna is responsible for supervising the Maintenance team, dealing with customer concerns, and assisting with bid proposals for renovations and repairs.  Donna holds an APSP Certified Maintenance Specialist certification and is also LGT and CPR certified.  Contact Donna at donna@searspool.com

Barbara Rion, Bookkeeper  Barbara joined the SPMC team in July, 2008. She has an A.S. in Business/Journalism and has 25 years of practical experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. Barbara has worked for large Corporations such as the NY Stock Exchange, but has realized she prefers working for a family run business. Alex Ward, Customer Service Manager Alex joined the SPMC team  in February 2012. Alex has a B.B.A. in management. He has many years of management and lifeguard experience.  Alex assists customers with any maintenance related questions or concerns.  He is LGTI, CPRO, and CST certified.  Alex is also a CPO instructor.
