Maintenance Supervisor/Pool Technician – Full Time
The role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to manage the customer’s pool per the SPMC contract with the customer as well as maintaining the facility within the codes of the local county health department. The Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible for the pools assigned to him/her in their territory and will service them on a given schedule throughout the pool season. The Maintenance Supervisor is the point person for making sure that all operational aspects of the customer contracts are met to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Above average communication skills both verbally and written
- Must have acceptable level of mechanical aptitude
- Will work outside for long hours in the sun
- Ability to work flexible schedule and Saturdays
- Must pass the Certified Pool Operator Course
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Prior experience in the pool industry is a plus!

Maintenance Assistant – Full Time/Seasonal Position (mid April – October)
The role of the Maintenance Assistant is to help the Maintenance Supervisor manage the customer’s pool per the SPMC contract with the customer as well as maintaining the facility within the codes of the local county health department. The Maintenance Assistant will assist in servicing assigned pools on a given schedule throughout the pool season. The Maintenance Assistant is a full time, seasonal position usually from April to October.
Primary responsibilities include vacuuming pool, cleaning pool tiles, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash and assisting Maintenance Supervisor as needed with other duties.
No prior experience in the pool industry is needed – we will train you.
Lifeguards – Seasonal Position / Flexible Scheduling / Part-time to Full time positions available / Position at a pool near you!
Lifeguards are responsible for supervising Pool activities and ensuring that the safety of Club Members and guests are protected. The Lifeguards shall also maintain Pool chemistry, basic pump house maintenance, other facility cleaning, and debris removal from the Pool area.
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Must be able to pass the Lifeguard Certification class through the American Red Cross, YMCA, BSA or other industry approved certification classes.

Gate Attendants/Pool Monitors – Seasonal Position / Flexible Scheduling / Part time to Full time positions available (Limited areas)
Gate Attendants shall enforce the membership usage policies as he/she is able (including No Smoking, No Glass policies and pool closures), but shall not enforce any lifeguarding or other safety rules. In addition, Gate Attendants are not responsible for performing any lifeguard duties, including but not limited to administering rescue skills, CPR, and First Aid. The Gate Attendant will also be responsible for cleaning the restrooms, deck area, removing debris from pool area, placing trash in customers dumpster, straightening furniture and raising or lowering umbrellas when appropriate.
