Lifeguard Manual

It is our belief that employees that are familiar with their responsibilities, working environments, and general operating policies will be more content and productive, ultimately leading to improved customer service.  our goal is to provide our customers with the widest variety of pool-related services and unparalleled service while maintaining a pleasant work environment for our lifeguards. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the contents of the manual.

2020 NEW Lifeguard Orientation Meeting –

The 2020 orientation has not yet been scheduled.  Stay tuned!

NEW SPMC lifeguards are required to attend the orientation meeting.

SPMC Staff T-shirt will be available for purchase at orientation.

2020 RETURNING Lifeguard Re-Orientation/In Service Meeting –

The re-orientation date has not yet been set.  Stay tuned!

All Returning guards are expected to attend this Re-Orientation/In Service Meeting.  We will review the expectations and policies for our lifeguards AND we will be in the pool practicing rescue skills.
