It is our belief that employees that are familiar with their responsibilities, working environments, and general operating policies will be more content and productive, ultimately leading to improved customer service.  our goal is to provide our customers with the widest variety of pool-related services and unparalleled service while maintaining a pleasant work environment for our lifeguards. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the contents of this manual.

All SPMC employees are required to attend the orientation meeting.  The 2017 Lifeguard Orientation Meeting will be posted soon. Uniforms will be available for purchase at orientation.
