Returning guards (if you worked for SPMC in 2012), please click here to fill out the returning guard application. After you have completed the application, please see the forms page and mail or fax your paperwork to SPMC.

New guards (if 2013 is your first year with SPMC or if you did not work in 2012), please click here to fill out our online application. Our Human Resources team will contact you for an interview. After you have completed your application, please see the forms page. Make sure to print these and bring them to your interview along with any certifications you have.
