The role of the Maintenance Assistant is to help the Maintenance Supervisor manage the customer’s pool per the SPMC contract with the customer as well as maintaining the facility within the codes of the local county health department. The Maintenance Assistant will assist in servicing assigned pools on a given schedule throughout the pool season. The Maintenance Assistant is a full-time, seasonal position usually from April to October.
Primary responsibilities include:
- vacuuming the pool
- cleaning pool tiles
- cleaning restrooms
- emptying trash
- assisting the Maintenance Supervisor as needed with other duties
