Service Tech Application

The primary role of the Service Technician is the scheduling and completion of larger-scale repairs and equipment installations at customersā€™ facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, pump room redesign, equipment repair and replacement, safety cover measurement, quoting and installation, deck equipment installation and repair (handrails & ladders, diving boards, starting blocks, lifeguard stands), water feature repairs (mushrooms, waterslides, etc.), tile repair and replacement, pool surface repair, plumbing repairs, winterizing bathhouses, troubleshooting issues, and more.

The Service Tech is responsible for updating service tickets to ensure timely progress tracking and billing of repairs, parts replacement, and renovation projects or installs. The Service Tech is also responsible for maintaining a detailed inventory, issuing parts to Maintenance Supervisors as needed.

This is a full-time position with longer hours required during the season than during the offseason.
