Brandon Smith, host of The Workplace Therapist Show podcast, welcomed SPMC President Craig Sears to discuss the newest generation entering the workforce. SPMC hires approximately 350 young adults, a majority between the ages of 15 – 21, each pool season to serve as lifeguards and/or pool attendants for community pools in Metro Atlanta. Recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating young adults to succeed in the workplace can be challenging.
