How to Motivate a Younger Generation Workforce

Brandon Smith, host of The Workplace Therapist Show podcast, welcomed SPMC President Craig Sears to discuss the newest generation entering the workforce. SPMC hires approximately 350 young adults, a majority between the ages of 15 Р21, each pool season to serve as lifeguards and/or pool attendants for community pools in Metro Atlanta. Recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating young adults to succeed in the workplace can be challenging. Check out the conversation below to hear some of the things we do at SPMC to engage the younger generation to perform the job to the best of their ability.
