Our president, Craig Sears, recently appeared on The Brandon Smith Show podcast. Their discussion revolved around motivating today’s young adults in the work place. Sears Pool Management hires approximately 300 young adults between the ages of 15 – 21 each pool season to serve as lifeguards and/or gate attendants for our community pools. Recruiting, Hiring, Training and Motivating young adults to succeed in the workplace can be challenging.
